"“The best lesson which we get from the tragedy of Karbala is that Hussain and his companions were the rigid believers of God. They illustrated that numerical superiority does not count when it comes to truth and falsehood. The victory of Hussain despite his minority marvels me! —Thomas Carlyle."

Samachaar Correction

In the paper samachaar that was distributed last week, one of our Executive Member was omitted by mistake. This is no one other than Br. Shabir Walji who has been on the executive for the longest amount of time.

Br. Shabir is one of the most hard working member in our community. He spends more time at the mosque in the upkeep of the land and buildings than all the Executives combined!

We appreciate all the work Br. Shabir does for our community and sincerely apologize for the omission. We pray that Allah (swt) accept all the work Br. Shabir does for the community.
